Properties on Jardines de Alhama

Jardines de Alhama is located within the resort of Condado de Alhama. Jardines de Alhama (Gardens of Alhama) consists of three bed ground floor apartments and two bed top floor apartments, with extensive roof top solariums.

The apartments are located in twelve gardens surrounding communal swimming pools. With access to all the facilities and three Jack Nicklaus Signature courses of Condado de Alhama, Jardines de Alhama also has its own town centre and sports facilities.

Due to the poor exchange rate at the moment one Spanish bank has started to offer a very clever and simple option to combat your loss. The Caja Murcia have kicked the ball rolling This is a brilliant idea and will very quickly spread to other banks.

It enables British people to put a stirling amount in to a Spanish Caja Murcia account. You can transfer the stirling amount directly from your own UK bank or through a currency company.

The money then sits in the spanish account earning good interest for an agreed period (one or two years).

The same Spanish bank then give you the amount in euros interest only for your property to pay the first deposit for example. The interest payable on this loan is then offset by the interest you are earning on the pounds you have sitting in your other account, it can vary so a small payment may be required occaisionally (a few euros).

At the end of the agreed period you will then pay off the loan with your stirling, hopefully by then the stirling will be stronger!

This is ideal for Polaris world clients for the initial 25%, and who need time to sell, or people too scared to commit as of the poor rate, but don´t want to miss out!
